Full Stack Developer
We are seeking a talented .Net/C# Full Stack developer to join our team, developing a variety of modules for our SaaS platform using technologies such as:
- • Angular front end
• .Net Core back end
• Microservice Architecture (Currently Service Fabric, moving to Kubernetes)
• SQL Server
• Microsoft VSTS for Git and CI/CD
• Frontend technologies including AngularJS/Angular 6, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
THE RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for:
- • Writing high quality, maintainable code that is easy to read and test
• Identifying and improving areas of our code base that could be made more efficient, more secure, or easier to maintain
• Carrying out code reviews with our Lead Developer and other developers, actively reviewing other team member’s code to underpin good development practices
• Creating system components from scratch to help us expand our client offering and to fulfil business requirements.
• Actively contributing to planning meetings, including advising on the product backlog, and sizing user stories
• Engaging with internal teams and external stakeholders to fully understand business requirements and deliver an exceptional product
• Staying up to speed on emerging development techniques and technologies, and suggesting improvements to our development stack
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
The person filling this role will have:
- • A proven track record of creating commercial, flexible Angular applications with C#
• Creating responsive front-end applications
• Front-end frameworks and libraries like AngularJS/Angular +
• Experience designing SQL Server databases and writing efficient, optimised queries & stored procedures
• Version and code management, (we use AzureDevOps and Git)
It’s not essential but would help if you have:
- • Understanding of star-schema databases and data warehousing
• Understanding and experience of implementing microservices
• Prior experience working with cloud hosting environments, particularly Microsoft Azure
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- • £28,000 – £35,000 depending on experience
